Toshiba 42H81 convergence issue

I just picked up this set from my brother, and it has an issue with the blue convergence. The top and bottom both bow (and the left side is off a bit). I tried to manually correct it to no avail (was able to get into service mode). I search for old threads and they seem to say I have a bad IC and I need to replace the STK392-110's. I also did a search for those and they seem to range in price from $8 - $50.

I am going to attempt any repairs on this set by myself (since the set was free and I already have 2 other HDTVs).

My main question is, exactlly where are these chips located and what is the best way to get at them? Is there anything else that I may need (I read some resistors may blow if the IC fails).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sub 392-110's with 392-180's. Check R7726, R7736, R7731, R7716, R7721, and R7711. All 1.8 ohm 1 watt. I can't tell which are for the blue so check them all.
