Zenith SG2799Y Picture display out of adjustment

While cleaning the cabinet interior, I inadvertantly moved the rings at the base of the picture tube causing a loss of display. Any suggestions on how to readjust the rings?

If you look at the rings you will see a line of paint applied at setup- simply realign the marks- if dat don,t work, either read a tv repair book or try trial & error- you are looking for the best convergence- you really need a pattern generator for best results- if all else fails, find your local friendly tv guy!.
