acer aspire fan cooler

Hi all

I have a acer aspire 1363 wlmi and my question is -if I can replace the fan in the heatsink for quiet one? I am asking this because the one I am using now is very loud when it spins on max and it is also noticeable on slow mode as well. I am just wonder if I can buy new one that will be more quiet.
