hi ,start up ok but pic not visible instead fly back line on screen ,sound ok . any one can tell me what to search for causing the fault , thanks .

Lissen young fella, you need to define symptom- there will not be a single flyback line visible- what there will be is a horizontal line(vertical failure) or vertical line(horizontal failure)-in both cases there can be multiple causes, only determined by systematic checking of relevant components etc.

If you have a single horizontal line in the middle of the screen, it is verticle collapse. The entire picture is squashed into this line and you will burn the screen in a very short space of time.
If you have a single horizontal line in the middle of the screen, check/replace the verticle output IC and associated components.
