hitachi 60EX38B problem

When i turn the unit on it stays on for a long time with out a problem ,then like maybe 5 hours later it will just shutoff ,when i try to turn back on it wont do anything no red light comes on or anything ,if I try to unplug and plug back in it wont turn on if i wait bout 4 or 10 min will turn on with no prob and may turn off hours later or a day later just when ever any help would be greatly appreciated..

Intermittent shut down, replace Q909, C944, and D932.
