need help model 32a43
serial 94738210
chassis tac0301
mfg sept 04

Original problem, volume would auto turn down to 0 interment...while 0 volume displayed could not change channel, power off- nothing until volume display would go away....
Now unit will not turn on at all.

I am a PC tech and would like to learn tv repair, if you have solution/tips or respond to thread, please e-mail [email protected]
Would also like service manual if anyone has one...thanks

The problem might be the tact switch for volume down.Un solder the volume down switch and try powering up the set to see if it comes back up.
