HK avr 225 problem

i was using the harmon kardon avr 225 receiver and the front panel went out. Radio does not come on, and there seems to be no activity, other than the power light comes on, standby works, and I can see the outside front panel that shows prologic, vd1, surround sound choicesCan you help with potential problems the speakers made a loud pop noise when it went out i have already checked the fuses
