specifications for a diode :PH4148

Hi all.

Can any one please help me in knowing the specifications of a diode with this number on it: PH 4148. It is a small half watt diode for an inverter.

Most likely, it is electrically identical to an 1N4148 but perhaps it has a different package (for example, a SMD package). Check out the web site of any major semiconductor manufacturer (i. e. www.nxp.com , www.onsemi.com , www.vishay.com) to find the 1N4148 datasheet.
