| I was given a TV which had the power cord cut off. I replaced the cord and now TV clicks when power button is pushed, light continually blinks, but no picture. If anyone has a service manual or any suggestions, thanks in advance. I was thinking it was probablly the HOT, but wasn't sure. |

| Start by replacing Cap 2814 with 100uf/10V. |
