SONY KV29FX20E. LED BLINKING TWICE

hello can you help me with this fail? thanks.

i think that its the fe1a chassis, when try to start the tv, we have only blinking led twice. i test the horizontal driver transistor and its shorcircuit, i changed it and the trt put again in s/c. can be the LOT, line outuput transformer, the problem? thanks again to everybody and sorry for my bad english.

I CHANGE THE FLYBACK TRANSFORMER AND NOTHING
I RESOLDERING ALL THE HORIZONTAL DRIVER CIRCUIT AND NOTHING
I CHECK THE OUTPUT HORIZOTANL PULSE ON IC JUNGLE AND ITS OK.
