I have an RCA Model # F32648 that is a few years old that stopped working after just a few years. It has been sitting and I would like to try to fix it my self. When I turn it on it jus puts off a high pitch squeal. I can not turn it on or off (the screen stays black so I don't know if it is on or off) Any sugestions?

The squeal is fro the horizontal out put transistor 2SD5148 the transistor on the heat sink by the flyback Q4401 I'd replace the flyback also.

I had the same problem one time and i only had to replace the HOT and resoder all over the horizontal circuit, special L14401,

Does anyone have a service manual for this model, i have a tv that is doing the same thing. also where can i find a replacement Horizontal transistor

It' a 2SD5148. Check Q4401 (2SD51480) to see if it's shorted. Also resolder L14401.
