Hi

This is all new to me but once I download the service manual, etc. how do I open it. They are rar extension files and when I try to open it with Word, etc. it states can not open. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW I CAN DECOMPRESS AND OPEN THESE FILES. I DO not know how to DECOMPRESS EITHER. THANKS

Down load winrar from rarlabs.com & google "how to unrar" as this is not a software tutorial forum
