First time poster....
I have a Sony Trinitron with PIP. When I activate PIP, the same picture on the main screen shows in the smaller PIP screen. How do I get this to show a different channel?

My TV was given to me, so I don't know a lot about it. I have AT&T U-verse, a DVD, receiver, and a PS2.
My configurations are as follws:

AT&T U-verse connects to a PS2 adapter, which plugs into the VHF/UHF connection on the back of the TV.

The DVD connects with a A/V connector to the three connectors (in) on the back of the TV.

The receiver only connects with the audio out on the back of the TV.

Suggestions? Thanks.

The information you need is most likely in the user manual.
If you send me your email address, I'll send you a copy of the user's manual at no charge.

Thanks for the offer. I do have the user manual but did not see anything about troubleshooting the PIP. In fact, the section in the manual about PIP is limited to just how to activate, move, switch, etc.

You need to select your pip source. It should be in the menu.

Unless you do not have the correct manual or remote,, page 15 specifically shows 8 PIP operations on the chart .

---utilize TV/VIDEO button (second row on the chart)
