Hello. I received a Philips DVD player, model DVP5960, from my grandfather this past weekend. He said it was working but that the fuse just needed to be replaced. I got home, open up the lid to get a look at the fuse so I could replace it, but my grandfather had never put it back. Nor does he know where it is. I contacted Philips' customer service and they said they could not help me.
Is there anyone out there with this DVD player that can simply tell me what fuse goes into it?
Thanks in advance. |

Look at the fine print on the circuit board near the fuse holder. The safety regulations require that the rating of the mains fuse shall be clearly readable near the fuse holder. |
