on/off button comes on oragne steady but afer 10 seconds starts to blink, no picture or sound

DISCONNECT ONE SECOND ANDO AT A TIME OR ONE YOKE AT A TIME AFTER ON HOOKING ALL CRT SCOCKETS AND TRY TO TURN ON POSSABLE SHORTED CRT OR YOKE OR BOTH START WITH GREEN KNOW IT TO HAPPEN AND NOT A CHIPE REPAIR
