TV Randomly Turning Off & On

I have a Panasonic CT-27D11 that I purchased a few months ago. It was working perfectly for the first month, but lately I've been having some problems. The TV will randomly shut off for a minute or two then come back on. Then it might stay on for an hour or do that again a minute late. It doesn't have anything to do with a remote turning it off, because once it shuts off the power button on the set itself will not power it on. There's nothing wrong with the picture, before or after this occurs. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Should be under warranty but resolder relay RL001.
