| I bought this set new in 1998. It's been a good set until lately the sound pops and cracks when cold. After it warms up for a few minutes it's ok with an occasional buzzing sound or pop. |

| Yes, but it makes the same audio on the alternate video input also |

| If it's on all the inputs the only thing that they have in common is the audio IC. |
