Crying or Very sad HELP ME PLEASE !!! SOME BODY HELP ME !!

My laptop acer travelmate 380 nothing apear on screen, (power Indicator lit, Bluethoot indicator lit) squence bep code are ( Long bip once +short twice ) ~ (Noise like wind voice +/- 3 Second) ~ ( Long bip once + Short twice ) The last bip continously, HELP ME PLEASE what Part was broken?, TELL ME PLEASE to Solve my problem
