Sanyo TV DS27910 picture looks blueish

Chassis on this tv is 27910-03
Red and green colors show up on screen only that blue is more dominant.
Also, when I change channel i can see retrace lines lines but they are hard to see once channel is tuned in.
I checked for cold solder joints but didn't see any (I have to look closer).
What should I check on the boards and where?
