Orion CW1404

Im trying to find a service manual for an Orion CW1404 (14 inch CRT TV with DVD and VCR Combo)

Any ideas where I can find a manual and where I can get spare parts?

So far without a service manual:-

Symptoms are:-
Reported was working ok and picture suddenly disappeared .
EHT OK.
Signals at RGB Cathodes.
Heaters light up.

Screen volts measure 0 volts when tube base is connected.
With tube base disconnected screen volts are present and vary with Screen Pot, Focus volts are present and vary with focus Pot.
Cant measure any internal short in CRT

Any ideas would be welcome
