Sony KV-25X5U no picture/sound LED flashes twice

After transporting my TV in the back of my car the picture used to cut out every 10 mins, giving it a gentle tap used to bring i back to life, suggesting a loose connection.

Now after too muh tapping when i switch the TV on there's a clicking in the back, no picture, no sound then the standby LED flashes twice intermittently.

I'm guessing there is a loose connection somewhere on the motherboard.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
