help for monitor

good day

I send this topic, but i have problem with lcd monitor FT500 PACKARD BELL.
I search part list of component or schematic diagram for pcb FRONTEK FL 1542C02-V3.
I have conted FRONTECK at many time but do not responding.
My problem is :
After few seconde or minute the lcd shuff of (backlight sht off).
in pcb component BIT3105 is implanted. When i disconnect the pin 4 that run OK, but when connected this shut down.
The power is OK, i have to controled this.
And now i do not what i have doing.

Please help.
