150 divided by 2 = 75. There in parallel. $200??? Shit, pm me and I'll make arrangements. The Panasonic's are still less than $30/piece. One of my vendors said certain generics like ELTSTK392-040's are having problems in Samsungs. If you checked the 3 fuses, it's either bad IC's or DCU.

Looks like Pico Fuse FD101S has blown on this set...
Good place to get them?

http://www.action-electronics.com/fuspico.htm

Needs to be a 125V 3.5A. Is their listing of it suitable?

I've managed to get another non-working set (sp43w6hpx) can I use the fuse from this set?

The only problem is the fuse, just looks like a peice of wire (fuse wire?)

The one from the original set has a square block attached to the wire.

Put the whole thing back togoether and loaded the Mute 183 convergence.

Fuse is in a seems to be OK

Now...
Convergence -
Blue = FINE
Green = FINE
Red = Moves left and right, but not up or down and has a bow at the top.

I'm gonna take it all out again and check the red convergence chip again to make sure it's soldered correctly.

Really feels like this is getting somewhere now! Very Happy

Either you smoked the IC or suspect RZ125/126.

Hi Minnie,

I'm back on this one now. Gotta get sorted before the wife's head explodes. TV takes up a little too much room! Smile

Stage I'm at.
Green and blue convergence is fine. Red moves one way only.

Suspected DCU (AA41-00529A).

On Vance Baldwin's site, the 'overall' replacement seems to be a AA95-01799G for $88.97.
(https://www.vancebaldwin.com/webwiz/wwiz.asp?wwizmstr=WEB.SEE&partnumber=5813346)

My questions.

1. Is this correct?
2. Is this my only option?
3. Would I be able to get one cheaper elsewhere that would consider delivering it to the UK?

Available on MSN on the email I sent previously Wink

Would love to speak to you again and sort this out once and for all (to keep the wife off my back. LOL!)

Did you check RZ125/RZ126?
I'm sure vance baldwin or the parts store will ship it to you. May have to pay $20 but it's worth it.
