| I have an Optiquest VS11201,when you hook it up it blinks on then goes to black screen.Any help will be appreciated. |

As usual - Bad lytics depending on which power supply/Inverter board it uses:
3) 470ufd 25 volt C24; C661 & C664
or
1000ufd 16 volt C829
