Hi,
I need re-program 29F200BMC-70 flash memory chip.
The package is SO44.
What would be suitable tool for this? |

Most commercial eprom programmers (Advin, Dataman, Hi-Lo Systems, Data I/O and so on) will do that, check out the lists of supported chips on each manufacturer's home page. However, be prepared that they usually only have a socket for DIL packages, adapters for various SMD packages have to be bought separately.
Note that flash eproms from various manufacturers often need different programming algorithms, even if the type designation is the same. |
