I am looking for user manual for VCR Orion VH-2799 (Hi Fi, 6 heads, stereo). Any help will be appreciated.

Orion is one of the Matsushita group's brands. Probably, the same VCR can also be found branded as, for example, Panasonic or Nesco.
One good way of finding out which brands and models that share the same basic design is to look in catalogs and cross reference lists from aftermarket spare parts suppliers.
If you find a Panasonic VCR where all mechanical parts are the same as in your Orion VCR, then there is a fairly good chance that they are so similar that the same service manual applies to both models.
