Hey Guys,

My mitsubishi TV model MGA CK3531R has a problem. The top 30-40% of the screen is sort of folded/inverted. Heres some pics and a video showing the problem:

When I turn it on it makes a really loud hum. The screen starts off with about 50% of it folded over/inverted and slowly comes up until the amount seen in the pics.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

*Due to the 4 urls per post limit, the video url will come next post.*

Replace C928 1000uF@50V near the vertical IC.
