this is combo dvd/vhs video.don't open the dvd's door.double sensor is o.k.when push the button open/close on displey /open/ and don't supply on motor.motor is o.k.the ic's rule this process is ka3017.

Mine had this problem too. Cause was C32 (1000µF 16V) on the power print. Remove wall plug before servicing in this area!
