please i have a Panasonic kx - f707 fax and i want to set it in the mode of fax and tel but the problem that it doesn't work in this mode please tell me all about how to use the phone and the fax in the same time

i also have the panasonic kx-f707 and i don't know how to receive a fax? i was able to send but i don't know how to receive a fax.. this unit is just actualy a secondhand so i'm not really familiar with how to operate it. help please? thanks...
