Usually, there are no equivalents for STR... hybrid circuits. Those are used in power supplies, both as linear regulators and switching regulators.
It is very seldom one can find a proper datasheet for a STR hybrid, as the business idea of their manufacturer, Sanken, is to provide complete power supply solutions to their customers (monitor manufacturers etc). The information available in the web is usually extracted from service manuals or by reverse engineering of the hybrids, and it is seldom reliable.
The best way to find information about it is to study service manuals for monitors and other equipment where this particular hybrid is used. |
