Sylvania #6842PFM - shutting down

I've got a Sylvania plasma (driving me batty!); unit briefly powers (green led), then shuts down (red led); no real time to check voltages/signals...
I've checked the main and Sub-power supplies, haven't found anything out of the ordinary, like bloated caps, etc.
If anyone has run across this problem, would appreciate any suggestions,
