Any suggestions, the vertical field on this monitor is still reduced
after replacing the vertical IC (TDA1175M) and the caps at C341 and
C311.

Thanks, Joe.

Check that the vertical deflection coils are in order - no shorted turns, if there are two coils in parallel, make sure that there is not a open circuit in one of them.
Also, check the supply voltage to the vertical output (usually about 30 V), and that any bootstrap/flyback circuit (usually, an electrolytic cap and a diode) works correctly.
If there is a small resistor (about 1 ohm) in series with the deflection coils, for current feedback, make sure that it has the correct value.

Thank you for your response. We checked the components you suggested, but found nothing that brings the deflection to where it is needed. We have been looking for the datasheet on the vertical IC (TDA1175M), and the schematic on the monitor, but have not been able to locate these documents. Do you have any of these documents to share?

When making a google search for TDA1175, the very first hit was a link to a datasheet!

http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheets/185/377998_DS.pdf

Probably, there are no electrical differences between the TDA1175P and -M , it is just a matter of different cases.
