MS1181-2 CD Player Power control voltage low

Hello all

I have a koss MS1181-2 CD Player and when I use the power control to run a amp the amp keeps kicking out at higher volumes. This had been doing it off and on since i bought the cd player and just got worst now doing all the time at higher volumes. So i did some tests and used a multimeter and checked the P.Con output voltage and it was only reading 10.81v DC and low vol and when the vol is up running the amp the p.con goes down to 9.00V DC the amp keeps kicking off and on. The rest of the deck power is fine 12.5V DC would you have a solution on how to fix this problem. Or could you send me the schematic on this cd player I have electronics experience to fix if i had the schematic to the cd player. Thanks Thumpalong
