Onida Oxygen - how do i open it

Hi - My Onida Oxygen LCD TV suddenly conked off one morning - i could hear sound but there was no image on screen...

Then for some time some blurred images came on and off.....

Now I cant get any sound either....

I tried to get a TV repairman to fix it - but he had never opened an LCD flatscreen so I didnt let him touch it.

From the way it was behaving I felt there may be some loose contact. I tried opening the back of the TV, but the last screw which is below the bottom stand could not be opened - the bottom stand just doesnt come off and without that I cannot unscrew the bottom middle screw... Can someone help me please with - how to open this last screw... and with the diagram of the Onida Oxygen...
