Sanyo TV with Model: CG21MX2 Problem

Dear All,
we have Sanyo TV with Model: CG21MX2, Service ref: CG21MX2-01, Chasis Series: AC5-G121.
The Problems is it cannot Turn ON using remote control.
So we have to use the channel buttons in front of the TV for many time, the TV will be ON but did not full picture and still screamble, so after several second the TV back to normal. but some time, it difficult to turn on with the above method.

Can you give me step by step solution for my problem or can you send me service manual for that model?
