I have a Philips mg2.1e chassis which has low brightness and it hasn't got blue raster.

Please can anybody help me.

Check that all three CRT heaters are glowing normally.
Also, check the drive to the CRT cathodes by a scope. If the drive signals are normal (both p-p value and dc level, no black clipping etc), then the CRT is probably faulty. Of course, you could try turning up the screen voltage to see if you get better brightness.

I Checked all this below and everything works ok.
Have you got any other idea.
