BUSH 2571NTX- screen size collpase from sides

Please can somebody help me to rectify the picture size on the screen on my Bush TV model number 2571NTX PLAT (SN: 5101353000152). The image or the picture is clean, however, appears in the middle (shrunk from wide screen format) with balnk spaces on the sides. Is there any way in which I can revert the image size back to meet its screen size?.

fault reported many times on this site, search as 11ak19 or 11ak19pro which is the chassis type, this set is a very unreliable "budget" model. many engineers will not repair them.
