Plasma screen Blue Sky

Hello i need a service manual for a Blue Sky 42" plasma screen type
EPT-4200. Screen go´s on but no picture after a few seconds the green led on the power board go´s on and of for 6 times repeating. The stand by led stays green and no functions at all,.........
