ANS LC-B300ATX QUESTION

I have an ANS LC-B300ATX psu at my workbench, the only IC i could find is the one with 2003 mark on it.

I wonder if somebody could tell me the function of the IC which has a big 2003 mark at the top and under it is an alphanumeric numbers which i found out was randomly marked ( that means same 2003 marking but different alphanumeric numbers under it on same brand IC). I don't know if it is a combination of the tl494 and lm339 sort of ic in other psu.

I WANT TO REPLACE THAT IC , BUT I HAVEN'T FOUND THAT REPLACEMENT IS TOO RARE ,, AND I REALLY NEED IT , BECAUSE IT'S A VERY GOOG POWER SUPPLY, SO DO YOU KNOW WHAT A REPLACEMENT OF THIS IC CAN BE,, LIKE A TL494, OR A SG3524, THANKZ!!

Just did a search against a schematic that uses the "2003" Ic, it appears to be a custom-made IC. Comparing the pinout function of TL494/KA7500 circuit design does NOT match with "2003" IC . The "2003" chip appears to have several additional functions.
