Tevion MD21028-S (problem with horizontal frequency)

Hi all,
Tevion MD21028-S (Shasis-BEKO ELECTRONIC ZA9.190-06)
TV come to me with horizontal deflection transistor defekt (2SC5331),when I change and power on the transistor strat to warm up in 5 seconds then I stoped immediately.
Frequency in base of transistor is 54.34 Khz is this normal or not ?
TV is 100hz but I thing this frequency is very high.

Any idea,thanks in advance
