Hi All,

We have in for repair a Philips plasma Tv model 42PF5520D/10 and have found component ref. IC502 (power supply component) to be faulty. This SMD is coded 3b 514 but a search of SMD codes has failed to come up with a component identity.
Can anyone help to identify this component?

are you sure of location # should be like 7U10-1 or 7U03-1 ETC.
