Powers on(confirmed via front buttons light up), can hear static, but have no bulbs powering up. I have it all ripped apart just need to know what you guys think should be my first course of action.

One of the 3 long glass tubes(im guessing the bulb) is smashed in half. Will this cause the other 2 to not work? Each of the 3 colors has its own bulb?

you need to replace the power supply--maybe just it's capacitors. This will fix the set
