FACTORY always on the screen

Hello every body ,I have a tv set made in china :it has M37160m8h as didgital processor,M61260 as analog proc .the problem is it is always written Factory on the screen.I don't know how to erase this .i know that it is a way to access to its service .any one to help me to erase this "Factory "from the screen .THANKS IN ADVANCE.
