Panasonic Plasma TV TH-42PWD3U power supply failure

Hi all,
I need to repair Panasonic Plasma TV, model number: TH-42PWD3U as the power supply failed on it. I see that IC600 is blown out, but I don't know what caused it to burn.

Please help me to find the component with the problem. It may be something on the power supply board that blew out this IC600 with high voltage.

Any tips or help would be much appreciated!
