Have an broken car audio amplifier Prology Av-470. In output circle of it was used an complimentary pair of transiztors: kd718+kb688.

Want to replace this two with more powerfull transistors in same body (TO-3P).

Have anyone idea which transistors with P~80-100W or more, i can use?

Depending on what part of the world you are and what is available to you, best to look at the datasheet and find the closest match. Those are actually 2SD718 & 2SB688 matched pairs. (disregard the k)
