 Two SMD type components,both have 5pins,on body one is written "VT4",and another one is written C08 2np (the 2n is written vertically)& their symbol is "U",I think both are IC,but I could not find their datasheets ,pls tell what are these components?Thanks !!!! |

Photo of the components can really help identify, because it will show color, lay out etc. |
