Hello everybody in this forum!
My father --who lives in Cuba-- has recently received a Kimatsu color TV (14") which was bought in Canary Islands. When it was bought, they tested it in the shop and it was working OK. But as it was taken to Cuba they found out that audio doesn't work. They called a friend who is a TV technician and he said he needed the codes for the "service menu" to enter, via remote control, the chip that controls determined settings of the TV. I have tried to find in internet the codes for this service menu but I haven't found them anywhere. Could someone here maybe help me in this?
In advance, thank you very much for any answer.
Regards.

Hello!
I understand I posted my message in the wrong place. But now I open the thread I started and as an answer I see only this arrow. Does it mean something by itself or is something missing there (a link for example)?
Thanks and regards.

Sorry, only to say that as I wrote the previous post I wasn't logged in. That's why it appears as "Guest".

I found the threads doesn't move to the place I move it to unless someone posts in it. If someone posts in either forum it shows up in both.

Doubt if you will find the answer in this board? Perhaps someone may post the info or you may have better luck trying to contact the manufacturer which appears to be based out of Saudi Arabia.

Thank you very much for your answer. The problem is that I was already visiting the manufacturer's website, and I could not find any trace of help there.
Regards.

Yup I noticed it too, you may want to shoot them an email & hope for some response but don't hold your breath.
Unfortunately, "customer support" seems to be a thing of the past in today's market especially having to deal with chinese/indian/etc produced junk which seems to be the ONLY thing available any more. Mad
