hi just bought this krc-435 used but dont know the code.
what do you do if you dont know the security code?
is there a way to reset it?

is this a kenwood? if so the code can be removed as it is a code entered by the owner of the radio. an authorized kenwood dealership should be able to remove the code for you. if i remember they charge about forty dollars to remove the code.
