TV LG de Plasma MOD. 42PB2RR disarming the power!!!

I am repairing two plasma tv that this with the same defect, I will try to explain with my little English;
When it calls her in the socket AC she lights the led and the display (hello) and it turns off in few seconds (click the rele), and turn to try to call alone again. I verified that he had a resistance of 20R / 2W toast in the feeding of 190V,in plate of the source.
I turned off the connectors of the Board X and Y that are close to the burned resistance.
I tied the cable AC and it called with sound without image. Then I put with her linked the connectors X eY and he appeared image.

I pressed the stand-by and she turned off norm. I pressed the power on and it continued in the same way before.

Did anybody already catch this defect?
