STAV-3270 DEAD

Hello!

I am new to your board!

I have a STAV-3270 receiver (a Radio Shack model) which is dead. The red light on the front stays on, but when you press the power button, nothing happens. All the output transistors measure OK in circuit with a DVM. Filter caps seem OK. Diode bridges OK. There is no B+ in standby.

Does any body have an idea what might be wrong and/or does anybody have a manual for this unit.
